This policy explains what personal data we collect through mygrowthbiz.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers the website only. If you become a client, your client agreement explains how we handle data in that relationship.

MyGrowth Solutions Pvt Ltd (“MYGrowth Solutions”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described here. Our registered office is A 107, Fusion Homes, Tech Zone IV, Gautam Budh Nagar, Greater Noida West 201301, India.

What we collect and why
Contact form
When you use our contact form, we ask for your name, work email, company, country, the services you are interested in, your message and a consent checkbox. The form sends your submission by email to hello@mygrowthbiz.com and sends a copy to you. The website itself stores nothing server-side.
We use this information to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask about our services, to discuss a possible engagement.
Call booking
If you choose to book a call, we load a scheduler from Cal.com. It does not load until you click to book. Cal.com processes your name, email, the time you choose and any notes you add. Cal.com handles this data under its own privacy policy, and we receive the booking details so we can hold the call.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is cookieless and records aggregate page-view metrics only. It does not track you across other sites and does not build a personal profile of you.
Security logs and bot protection
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. To keep it secure, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata, such as browser type and the pages you request. This supports security, bot protection through Cloudflare Turnstile on pages with the form, and rate limiting. The contact form accepts up to 5 requests per minute from each IP address.
Our lawful bases
If UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, we rely on these lawful bases:
- Legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries, keep the website secure and measure aggregate site use.
- Steps prior to entering a contract when your enquiry is about our services.
- Consent for contacting you, which you give through the consent checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you:

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
International transfers
We are based in India. Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA).
How long we keep data
- Enquiry emails: up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If a client relationship follows, we keep data as set out in the client agreement.
- Security logs: kept according to Cloudflare’s retention periods.
- Analytics: aggregate data only, which does not identify you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- ask us to erase your data
- restrict how we use your data
- object to our use of your data, including where we rely on legitimate interests
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier use
To use any of these rights, email hello@mygrowthbiz.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). In the EU, it is the data protection authority in the country where you live, work or think a breach took place. We would welcome the chance to address your concern first.
California residents
If you live in California, the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives you rights to know what personal information we collect, to access it, to correct it and to delete it. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights.

UAE and Saudi Arabia
If you are in the United Arab Emirates, we handle your personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law where it applies to us. If you are in Saudi Arabia, we handle your personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law where it applies to us.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to reply to you. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our cookie policy explains the strictly necessary cookies that may be set.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this page.
