Catch-up bookkeeping for past months is quoted per month of backlog.
What happens if my transaction volume changes?
We review volume each quarter. If you consistently exceed your tier, we suggest the next one and tell you before your invoice changes. One busy month does not move you up.
What if I need something outside my plan's scope?
We quote it first, in writing. Nothing is added to your invoice without your approval.
How do I cancel?
Plans are monthly. Give 30 days' notice by email, and we hand over your files and a closing checklist.
Is there a setup fee for bookkeeping?
No. The first month includes chart-of-accounts clean-up and opening balance checks. Catch-up work for past months is quoted separately.
Which currencies can you invoice in?
Prices are in USD. We can invoice in GBP, EUR or AED at the prevailing rate when you sign up.
Do prices include software subscriptions?
No. You keep your own QuickBooks, Xero or ERP subscription, so you always own your data. We can advise on the cheapest plan that fits.
